Kevin Fletcher joined Wisconsin Energy Corporation, the predecessor to WEC Energy Group, in 2008 as Senior Vice President – Customer Operations. He held various leadership roles within the company, including Executive Vice President and President and CEO of We Energies and Wisconsin Public Service, both subsidiaries of WEC Energy Group. In January 2018, Fletcher became the President and CEO of WEC Energy Group.
Fletcher has extensive experience in the energy industry, having worked for more than 30 years in various capacities. Before joining WEC Energy Group, he worked for Alliant Energy Corporation, an investor-owned public utility holding company, where he served as Vice President of Customer Service, among other positions.
Kevin Fletcher holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now known as the Missouri University of Science and Technology) and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
