Ernie Herrman

Ernie Herrman is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TJX Companies, Inc. He joined the company in 1989 and has held several leadership positions within the organization before becoming the CEO in January 2016. Prior to being named CEO, Herrman served as TJX's President from January 2011 to January 2016 and as Senior Executive Vice President, Group President from August 2008 to January 2011.

Ernie Herrman has played a key role in the growth and expansion of the TJX Companies, which operates a range of off-price retail chains such as T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra Trading Post, and Homesense.
