Milton Snavely Hershey (September 13, 1857 – October 13, 1945) was an American confectioner, philanthropist, and entrepreneur who founded The Hershey Company, one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. Born in Derry Township, Pennsylvania, Hershey grew up in a Mennonite family and had limited formal education, which led him to pursue apprenticeships and entrepreneurial ventures.

The Hershey Company, also known as Hershey's, is a leading American multinational confectionery and snack company. Founded by Milton S. Hershey in 1894, the company is headquartered in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Hershey's is widely known for its chocolate products, but it also manufactures a variety of candies, snacks, and beverages. The company trades under the ticker symbol HSY on the New York Stock Exchange.

Ramon Laguarta assumed the role of CEO of PepsiCo on October 3, 2018, succeeding Indra Nooyi. Laguarta also serves as the Chairman of the company. 

Ramon Laguarta, born in Barcelona, Spain, has been with PepsiCo for over 20 years, holding various leadership positions across the company. Before becoming the CEO, he served as the President of PepsiCo, overseeing global operations, corporate strategy, public policy, and government affairs.

William S. Demchak became CEO of the company in April 2013, succeeding James E. Rohr. Demchak also serves as the Chairman and President of PNC. 

William S. Demchak, also known as Bill Demchak, has been with PNC Financial Services Group since 2002, when he joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining PNC, he held various leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was a key executive in the company's Global Structured Finance and Credit Portfolio group.
