Shar Dubey joined Match Group in 2006, and she has held various positions within Match Group over the years. In January 2020, she was announced as the CEO of Match Group, succeeding Mandy Ginsberg. Dubey officially took over the role on March 1, 2020.
Before becoming the CEO, Dubey held other senior positions within the company, such as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tinder, President of Match Group Americas, and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Match.
