Jim Fitterling is an American business executive who has spent his entire career at Dow. He joined the company in 1984 and has held various leadership positions across the organization, including roles in sales, marketing, operations, and management. Before becoming CEO, Fitterling served as the President and COO of Dow, and he was also the Vice Chairman and COO of the Materials Science Division of DowDuPont.
