She is also known for her work in the biotechnology sector as the founder and CEO of United Therapeutics, a biotechnology company that focuses on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies for patients with rare diseases.

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. is an American broadcasting company that operates the SiriusXM satellite radio service. Founded by Martine Rothblatt in 1990, SiriusXM provides satellite radio and online radio services to millions of subscribers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
